Rihanna's new pad is fit for a pop princess!

Barbadian pop princess Rihanna recently purchased an $11 million home in L.A. right next to Lady Gaga. A Brittish tabloid took a tour through the eight bedroom home in the Bel Air neighborhood. The 10,000 square foot home boasts a sauna, steam room, pool, private cinema and spa. Brightly colored modern furniture adorn the rooms and perfectly coordinate with the paintings hanging on the wall.

Jennifer Hudson Clears Up Beyonce & Rihanna Comments

Power singer Jennifer Hudson had to defend herself from Rihanna and Beyonce stans over the weekend after comments she made in a recent interview hit the internet. While speaking to The Daily Mirror after a show in London, Jennifer boasted about her lean figure, saying:

“I’ve love my new figure. All the fabulous clothes I can wear and get sent, I joke that I’m like a walking billboard now. But I won’t be taking my clothes off – no way at all. Beyonce and Rihanna can have that. I like to cover up more. I won’t do Playboy. Playboy can call, and wait. That’s just not me.”

After heavy backlash from fans of both singers, Jennifer attempted to clear the air by tweeting:

“I think [y'all] know me better than that. I love both Beyonce [and] Rihanna. I hate when people try to be messy. [Bey] and Ri know me better than that 2.”

I love me some J. Hud as much as the rest of them, but she didn’t deny saying it, which would be the only way that her comments would be “messy”, however I’m sure her original statement was blown out of proportion.

video: RIHANNA FT. YOUNG JEEZY "HARD"

When Rihanna said she was doing "couture military" fashion for her "Hard" video, it was hard to imagine the costumes turning out well. As in, not desperate-looking or vulgar. But as you'll see, the looks much to our surprise aren't nearly as absurd as we imagined. I LOVE the white strong-shouldered jacket The leopard marching-band helmet is fun, almost. The shoulder spikes are a bit much, however, not because they're huge and probably incapacitating, but mostly because they look like they're cut from Styrofoam blocks and spray-painted black- and how about that pink army tank. Check out the official music video for "Hard" featuring Young Jeezy, from her latest album Rated R, in stores now!

You have triumphed this year, this is clear. Sure, Lady Gaga exploded with all those No. 1 hits and leotards and that weird teacup. But you overcame and spoke courageously about an abusive relationship, released a new album cleverly titled Rated R, and somehow turned strips of toilet paper into a performance outfit that was actually reasonably supportive. Your love of spikes has not gone undocumented, but recently we've noticed your growing affinity for placing increasingly scary ones on your shoulders. Clearly you're an independent woman who needs neither the shoulders of others to lean on nor others leaning on your shoulders. But frankly, we're concerned, because one day a moth could fly in front of your face and you could whip your head to the side suddenly and get an earring stuck on those things. And then you could be walking around bleeding from the lobe, and okay, Gaga made that look fantastic at this year's Video Music Awards, but we'll still write you blogletters - no more spikes. You enjoy pantsless looks — why not try some fur or feathered garters? When it comes to fashion, safety first, please. This goes of course without mentioning that they look absolutely terrible.

report: RIHANNA EXPECTED TO SELL 200K NEXT WEEK

Rihanna’s new “Rated R” album will reportedly debut next week with an estimated 200,000 copies according to one-day projections. Although the exact numbers won’t be released for a week, Rihanna looks like she will sell less than British television star Susan Boyle. Other releases include Cash Money albums from Jay Sean and Birdman that look to be selling around 30-35 thousand copies this week.In related news, Rihanna recently talked how much her former boyfriend Chris Brown influenced the content for the album. “This album is an expression of all those feelings that I went through in the last eight months, just different emotions,” she said of the aftermath of Brown’s assault. Rihanna then continued “All of it isn’t angry, all of it isn’t dark and sad, ’cause I didn’t go through that the whole time. That was part of it. It was really a roller coaster, and you get that when you’re listening to the album…I really vented on this album, and as I said before, all of it isn’t about that specific relationship or what I went through, ’cause that’s not who I am. That’s not all of who I am.”

OUR THEORY ABOUT RIHANNA'S AMA OUTFIT

Earlier this week the divas gathered together to sing, dance, and give/receive American Music Awards. Lady Gaga didn't win an award, but she won in terms of stage performance and wardrobe, if you ask us. Rihanna, perhaps feeling the Gaga pressure or a little inspiration from the Fifth Element, attempted to raise her fashion game by wearing a bodysuit (which by the way, doesn't classify as clothing) consisting only of thin white pieces of fabric.

Anthony Darnell Washington II styles video shoots and editorial spreads, but his own look is "ever-changing." His favorite thing to wear is sweats. RIHANNA HAS A DECEMBER GLAMOUR COVER, TOO

Michelle Obama isn't the only one with a December Glamour cover. She shares that honor with Rihanna, who speaks in the magazine about Chris Brown, that photo, and fashion:

In the first two years of my career, there were a lot of restraints on what I could do. I couldn’t wear certain colors of lipstick, like bright pink, dark pink or red; [my lips] had to be natural. Eventually, I stopped communicating with certain people at the label, and did exactly what I wanted to do. And that was to cut my hair, dye it black, change my clothes, change my sound. Really to just express myself ... My hairdresser just said, “I don’t feel like doing your hair anymore — I want to cut it.” I was like, Finally!

In other words, she became a diva.

divas: RIHANNA TO EXPLORE 'HUMAN' STYLE

Rihanna's been all over Paris Fashion Week in see-through clothes. Today she mixed it up a tiny bit and went to Vivienne Westwood without pants. She's hitting the shows with her stylist Mariel Haenn, pictured here at left, for inspiration — next week, thenipple-pastie fan shoots the artwork for her forthcoming album in Berlin. "It's definitely going to be Rihanna in the raw state we've seen her in lately," Mariel explains. "Though she's an icon right now, this crazy super glam, we're going to see her being real — human." Amazing! We're rooting for pants, opaque fabrics, nipples under bras, bras under clothes, clothes over bras, cones over bras (those will never get old). Maybe this crazy avant-garde diva style is finally on the way out? Roisin Murphy told us at February Fashion Week she was already over it, after all.

CHRIS BROWN PLEADS GUILTY | GETS A SLAP ON THE WRIST

A plea deal has been reached in the Chris Brown/Rihanna beatdown case.

The announcement was made moments before a preliminary hearing in Los Angeles was set to begin.

Chris has plead guilty to felony assault and his attorney, Mark Geragos says the deal includes five years of supervised probation and six months of community labor.

The judge expressed some concerns because Chris is not a California resident, but it appears Chris will be allowed to do his community service in his home state of Virginia.

Upon completion of the labor, he'll enter a 52-week domestic violence counseling program.

He was also ordered to stay 50 yards away from Rihanna in public and 10 yards away from her at events where they are obligated to attend, like at an awards show. Rihanna's lawyer requested that the pair be allowed in the same place at the same time, which suggest that the 2 are STILL getting it in. This "stay away" order will be effect for five years.

If he violates the term of his probation, he could get up to four years in prison.

So above is the FINAL version of the video premiere for Paranoid and it’s easily better than the previous pre-cut version that leaked. It features more of the comic book stlye theme and of course Rihanna graces the screen, looking mysteriously sexy and in a state of paranoia.

HAS RIHANNA BLOWN HER CHANCE AT A VOGUE COVER?

Rihanna made a splashy return to the spotlight and stage at Anna Wintour's Met gala at the beginning of May, in a rather strange, strong-shouldered tuxedo. A Vogue cover seemed guaranteed after the editor and singer were spotted getting all buddy-buddy at a Met-gala after-party at Monkey Bar. Fitting since she has emerged from such a dark place as an independent woman. But the Insider is reporting that Rihanna is no longer in the running for a cover, after what appear to be nude photos of the singer leaked to the Internet. A source says Anna won't take Rihanna's calls anymore. Hmm
