Ok, so we no she's not short on her clothing allowance - but Anna Wintour has been photagraphed on three seperate occassions, in just two weeks, wearing the same floral print Carolina Herrera shift dress from the resort collection. First she wore it to the Salvatore Ferragamo show in Milan, she wore it to Wimbledon, and yesterday at the Chanel couture show. Maybe she just likes to pack light. This doesn't come as a surprise. We have seen her do this before. Last season, she was photographed in the same Prada dress three times. Whatever her reasoning, we dare not question... The cardinal rule- if Anna does it, it's a fashion "do."
