Yesterday, the inevitable was announced. It seems that Michelle Williams' forthcoming album, Unexpected, has been pushed back to October 7th.
The strategy, as was relayed by her label, is to service Hello Heartbreak to Dance radio, and follow up her current, We Break the Dawn, with The Greatest, said to be the album's official second single, to all other formats. More television is being lined up for Michelle throughout August and September also. What's more, there will be a promotion giving fans the chance to get their hands on a copy in August.
Why am I not surprised? Here's to hoping things pan out as planned.
