Lady Gaga appears refreshingly normal on the January issue of Elle Magazine. She shows off her new virtually unrecognizable, toned down look which includes a slightly smaller nose and no outlandish headgear. Nice.

Beyonce may have landed the cover but Ciara definitely got the more interesting, and much more avant-garde spread inside January's issue of ELLE magazine. It seemed a bit strange that the issue featured both pop/r&b divas but I guess ELLE wanted to kill two birds with one stone, without actually having to resort to hiring a black model. Poor Ci Ci didn't even merit a mention on the cover. Here she models pieces from MaxMara's new collection.

On her past life:
