Being the vintage whores that we are, we were jazzed to hear from WWD this morning that the German accessories house MCM is about to be resuscitated by Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent sugar daddy, the Sungjoo Group. Not that we're much for logo bags, but a recent scan on eBay did turn up a few tasteful bits of old-school arm candy. Even more interesting, is MCM is planning to re-enter the U.S. market with 400-square-feet in The Plaza Hotel. Not quite 5th Avenue, but maybe that's a good thing.
