iOS Expose could be an improvement to multitasking, maybe they need to wait for the A5 to have the power to make it work.

This is just the beginning of eh end for PPC software. How long do you really think that Apple will support the PPC with new OS revisions? If things stay the way Steve Jobs has done in the past, 10.5 will either be the last or at most the next to last version of a PPC version of the OS.
More companies will probably start taking the easy way out. This means skipping the Universal Binary file & making it Intel Mac only.

Interesting thought though. His rejection said it was for ridiculing public figures, but their policy rejects defamatory material. There is certainly a fine line, but the line most certainly exists. You can ridicule someone till the cows come home without engaging in defamation. The distinction is probably too difficult for anyone without extensive legal background to make on a regular basis and in a timely manner.
Apple should just drop the defamation clause, which may be difficult for them to do to.
I'd say Fiore flirts with that line often enough, Pulitzer winner or no. I don't know the legal technicalities, but I would think Apple would do themselves a favor by letting the lawyers figure out what's defamation and what isn't. I can't see how they could be held responsible for someone else's words, but I'm not a lawyer.

i'm afraid you may have to bow out of this endeavour. don't keep turning up to the apple store because she's obviously spotted you hanging around on several occasions and it's making her feel uncomfortable. if you do decide to go to back to the store then at least go to one of the workshops or something, don't just stand there staring longingly at the stockroom door. but i'd really advise leaving it a while.

Like have the 24 hr average on the main section, because this is what I look at when I look at our team.
That's what the 'details' are for. I don't want to clutter the widget with to much information, unless you ask for it by expanding it.
If a lot of people would like this i would be forced to implement though ;).
Also a way to see the graphs would be great, but that might be a problem.
I have been playing with this though from the beginning, there are some issues.
First, and most important: EOC might not like this, they still like getting hits on their webpage. I really don't want to piss them off since they are the ones providing the info.
Second: A log would have to be kept with all data, for the desired period of time. For this to work the widget would have to be able to download the xml file every 3 hours, making the graphs useless when you miss an update.
Maybe in the future, when somebody donates a server to host our own stats... :rolleyes:

At this point ill believe it when I see it. I think that the only thing all these Darn rumors asy is how mcuh everyone in general would love an apple phone. done right, an iphone could easily replace most peoples phones and ipods. add into it, home on ipod, and I see a winner. but this is all speculation... ill belive it when i see it

If you live in the northeast I can tell you definitely there are many places where data coverage goes out - it's just a fact of terrain. There are many places where you would need a cell tower every hundred feet to have complete coverage - and that ain't happening. I'll give you and example - Greenwich, CT has terrible data coverage - this is a rich area, maybe 35 miles from NYC and data coverage is terrible. I've seen it first hand, this not speculation.
I use TomTom - it has all the maps of the US and Canada - it works in the middle of nowhere in the backcountry even without cell or data coverage.
Now - to be out in the middle of nowhere and have the app say it needs data - and that you can't get your street or turning info - well that is just profoundly stupid. They need to have the option to download at least your full region within 200 to 500 miles - otherwise I just would not trust it as my gps system. No way. Case closed.

If I would leak something, I would make sure the device is clean, the camera is in focus and there is enough light.
Why are leaked images (almost) always such bad quality?
So that the tell-tale signs that its a fake can't be seen as easily.
